Our History
RBC Industrial (operating as The Roger Brown Co.) has been delivering quality power transmission equipment since 1946. Founded by Roger Brown, Sr., a Naval Engineering Officer in WWII, the company was built on precision, reliability, and service.
In 2016, Dale Betz — a West Point graduate and former Army Special Forces officer — acquired the company, continuing the tradition of military service and commitment to quality.

We supply bearings, power transmission, motors, and industrial MRO supplies to manufacturers, food processors, mining operations, and industrial plants across the Southwest.
