Our Story
RBC Industrial is a distributor of power transmission equipment and industrial supplies, focused on delivering the highest-quality products with uncompromising service since 1946. The company was founded by Roger Brown, Sr., a Naval Engineering Officer in WWII who inspected bearings for military vehicles and machinery during the war effort.
Roger Brown, Jr. took over the business in 1970 after serving in Vietnam as an Army engineering officer and led the company until Dale Betz became the owner in August of 2016. The tradition of military service continues as Dale is a West Point graduate who served as an Army Special Forces officer in the Global War on Terror until 2008.

Roger Pemberton Brown started the Roger Brown Company in 1946. He believed in delivering the highest-quality power transmission equipment and industrial supply products, backed by the best possible service to his customers. Mr. Brown was a professional mechanical engineer after receiving his BS in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico A&M. His community contributions included the founding of Boys’ Baseball of El Paso with the help of several other associates. The baseball park known as Roger Brown Park was named for him by the city of El Paso in recognition of his contributions
