We walked the customer through taking the critical field measurements: centerline of the existing gearbox to shaft projection distance, shaft diameter and keyway dimensions, coupling hub bore and engagement length, and baseplate bolt pattern and clearance.

Using our cross-reference database covering SKF, Browning, Morse, Rexnord, and Bonfiglioli, we identified available gearmotors matching the critical dimensions. We also evaluated whether the existing coupling could be reused or needed replacement components, and identified practical shaft modifications if a direct match wasn't available.
